Cooking Course at Kota

Can you think of anything more pleasing than an evening with great food and good friends?

This evening is all about being together, cooking a meal and at the end enjoying dinner prepared by each one of you. Cooking course is held in Tunturi Hotel’s Lappish Hut, “Kota” and dinner is prepared on open fire.

Lesson is suitable for beginners as well as more experienced food lovers. It begins with a warm appetizer, after which our chef gives instructions for the dinner preparing.

Those who chose meat as a main course will have fish skewers for starters, reindeer fillet for main course and flambéed pancakes for dessert together with coffee.

Fish as main course means salad of smoked reindeer for starter, fish and shellfish bundles for main course and flambéed pancakes for dessert together with coffee.
