Room reservation

You can order room from our hotel by telephone +358 16 681 501 or by email sales@tunturihoteli.fi or by OnLine-reservation form below. For OnLine-reservation a credit card number is required to pay the booking.

The individual OnLine-bookings can be cancelled as follows:
If cancellation is made 30 days before arrival, no cancellation fee will apply.
Cancellation fee 50 % will be charged if the cancellation is made 29 - 15 days before arrival.
Cancellation fee 100 % will be charged if the cancellation is made less than 14 days before the arrival or not at all.
In case of illness, please send us a copy of your medical certificate to avoid the cancellation fee.

The cancellation terms for other individual bookings:
By paying the deposit invoice you confirm your booking.
If cancellation is made 30 days before arrival, only handling fee 35 € will apply.
Cancellation fee 50 % will be charged if the cancellation is made 29 - 15 days before arrival.
Cancellation fee 100 % will be charged if the cancellation is made less than 14 days before the arrival or not at all.

For compelling reasons hotel reserves the right to move bookings to another hotel of same standard after negotiating with the client. Hotel compensates the immediate costs. Hotel operates according to Finnish legislation. Hotel recommends travel insurances to cover unexpected costs.

All rates mentioned in OnLine-reservation form include breakfast, evening sauna, entrance fee to a dance restaurant and cleaning every other day (in Superior rooms every day). The additional services included into the packages are mentioned in the rate description.
